day 12

so blog, here we are 1 tenth of the way through foundation and still sticking to it! Never thought we would manage that did we??Ians birthday today and we bought him a new phone some very bright board shorts and a few other bits. Went surfing at Polzeath and it was glorious, i was a bit miserable first thing, mornings not good for me on this diet, but the sun was shining, the sky blue and the surf good! I just walked around in the sea which was bliss!They all had pasties for lunch while i sank an espresso and when we got back i had ashake while cooking Ian steak and wedges and salad for tea, the smell of burning in the kitchen wa definately one of burning matyr as I opened him a bottle of wine!! But I did it!!! Nothing has passed my lips in 10 days that shouldn't and whatever else happens I will always have done this!Picked Z up from work at the bistro and the cook has sent her away with a whole load of food for 'the family' so I don't have to cook! Bless her she knows I am on LL and is really supportive! So they are on sticky chicken, gnocchi, couscous and chilli noodles tomorrow...lucky things!We are painting the outside of the house tomorrow but I hope to get a swim in at some point as we have taken out this family membership, got to be good!Talk tomorrow Blog, night night!
