day 15

Hi blog, strange day today as I am feeling quite disjointed somehow! Work has been busy and I have had loads of water, got to 4L by mid afternoon so stopped counting after that but it must be near 6L which is good. Had all my foodpacks and a couple of peppermint teas as well, walked the dog right across the moor, bought some hiking socks. cooked fajitas for all for tea and made egg mayo for sandwiches tomorrow ...all normal stuff, but I am not quite here!! Think I will go and have a Lush bath with my pressie from last night and then have an early night, I think I am just tired! Night night
