You should be really proud of me blog!! Had to drive to a meeting in Taunton today and at lunchtime the most fab buffet appeared ..all of my favourite things!! But i negotiated a mug of hot water and made my chicken soup up and sat outside in the sunshine till it had all gone away!They also put big bottles of water on all the tables so I grabbed one for myself and filled it with St Clements and downed that through the day. Had a couple of loo stops on the way back but thats just become the norm!Did some E asda shopping tonight and got everybody cooking their own food so am managing to break a bit of the nurturing parent...difficult though!Cosidering what next and reading up on low GI diets, trying to bring some ideas to play at home now so that they all get used to it before I hit maintenance, thats the theory anyway!Lots of positives today and no negatives that I can think of...it just goes on really!
