Evening blog! Just had a defining moment when I was in the bath!! Realised that when I sat up the water was all around me instead of wedged behind me, how cool is that!!Good day doing lots of house things like washing, cupboards, recycling etc. The house is full of clutter and I need to get rid of it in the same way I am decluttering my weight, probably going to take me as long as well! I do seem to keep things 'just in case' which all need to go, and that includes all my big clothes..charity shop for all of them unless they are e bayable.Ian and and C went surfing and came back looking wind blown and with tales of giant waves...yeah right! Z and I got the GI cook book out and made some banana cookies...didn't look like the recipe but apparently taste OK...and no I didn't have any myself!Can't believe that tomorrow I will be quarter way through this first phase of my new life and that I have not eaten convetional food in all that time, I am so proud of myself! Well chocolate time calls...night blog, love you!
