day 30

Friday night again, can't believe where the weeks are going!Another OK day, and another buffet lunch survived!! ALso did an Asda shop, not on line, and found myself taking a real look at what I was getting for 'that lot'! We made burgers tonight and they had them with salad and wholemeal rolls, don't think we have had any white bread in the house since I started this!!and certainly no more frozen burgers or any of that junk if I can help it..best laid plans though!!Went for a swim and a sauna/jacussi which was a nice way to end the day and we have just had a lazy friday night..Ian opened a bottle of wine and I would have loved to have had a drink with him but didn't of course...! Impressed at my own will power but am also enjoying waking up feeling bright eyed and bushy tailed, especially on a weekend when I rarely did! Mind you am also waking up at 7am when I feel I deserve a lie in!Ah well, blog.. to bed!!
