Hi blog, nearly forgot you!! Quite a tricky day as i have felt hungry again all day and all sorts of silly head stuff going on about 'well nobody will know if i eat that curry, carrot cake 'or whatever..fortunately my adult took over so am still on the straight and narrow!What did help was trying on a load of stuff that my mate has thrown out and finding that I could get a lot of things on that I hadn't expected to! I have thrown loads of big stuff out and have put all these in my wardrobe, strange having things that fit me well rather than big and baggy and although still size 18's they are M&S 18's and not Evans size 26 'whatever will fit me' outfits. There is a fab Autograph grey work pants suit that the jacket fits perfectly and the trousers will very soon that is just crying out for a pair of black heeled boots to go with it...always wanted a pair of Jimmy Choos...!
