day 4

Well Blog, you should be very pleased with me!! Went to my pop in today to swop the disgusting veg soup and horrible strawberry and got on the scales...and 9 pounds off in 4 days!! How fab is that?? After that I floated around Plymouth, went to buy some Mac make up and the girl offered to do my eyes so I ended up with fab smokey green eyes...and buying the lot!! My treat for me!!Stupidly forgot to take a pack with me so swigged lots of water and had a double espresso to keep me going. Came back and the girls were worried where I had been as I was later than normal! The boot changes foot!!Cooked stirfry for all and had my first bar, toffee, which I enjoyed.Feeling great!! Bring the week on!!
