day 9

Hi Blog, late on parade tonight I am afraid! Been busy doing the chauffering!!Managed to have most of the day in the office which was good and was able to get through 5litres of water as the loo is right next to my office! Took a nut bar in for breakfast and put it in the microwave which turns out to be a lot stronger than mine so a lot of it burnt. There was smoke everywhere and we were rushing around like idiots opening windows and putting on fans so that the fire alarms didn't go off as they would have gone off in the hospital as well and about 5 fire engines would have shown up!! Nobody at work knows I am doing LL and what was strange was that nobody questioned why I had put a nut bar in the microwave!! (and I ate it all including the burnt bits!!)Tonight C dragged me out to the Gym for an hour when all I really wanted was to slob in front of the telly but I felt very smug for going and did 20 mins cardiovascular and 20 mins weights, now I ache!!Apart from England losing 30-0 to the Springboks at Rugby it has been a good day and I feel on top of the world!
