day 57

Hi again blog! Another perfect day, stuck to it all and have drunk all my water and just generally feeling more positive about everything! Work is busy and that helps and I was able to be in the office at meal times which helps as I can make drinkable soup! Not wanted to pick at all today so hopefully that will nail that for the moment. Also cooked tea for family tonight which i haven't done for a few days and i was back to enjoying the cooking and we enjoyed sitting down together and talking which I have missed. Aware that they are eating much smaller amounts of food as I am not doing my great big casseroles etc and just cooking what will get eaten, this will have to be the way forward as well! Interestingly all have lost some weight and all three are watching what they eat, in a very positive way. Both girls are incredibly supportive of me doing this and I believe are realising that to avoid being in a similar position when they get older that they need to focus now and think about what they put in their bodies...and I so hope that they do learn from me!! OH is great and learning to cook, bless him! He did absently mindedly say to me 'lets take a day off and go to 'Fifteen' for lunch', my favourite restaurant at Watergate Bay, so I had to beat him with the newspaper!! Jamie will just have to live without our custom for the moment!Well its the big 10k on Sunday and the weather forecast is good so fingers crossed that it is OK and that oscar and I make it in one piece!!
