Thank heavens it is Friday, feeling washed out and becoming a pathological food sniffer at the moment!! Dragged myself to the gym tonight and lasted about 40 mins, first time since 10k and I still ache but feel better for having gone! Cooked a big stew to keep the troops happy and drove C to a sleepover at her friends...don't know why they are called that as they never seem to sleep when they are here! Last one I caught them all playing Twister at about 3am! Wish I had some 14 year old energy!!Mind you it seems to be fuelled on chocolate and toast so maybe not!Had a good day food wise and managed my water OK. Couple of people commented on my changing shape which was nice! We are having a glrls night out to a local dinner dance just before Christmas to test out the new dresses and it seems that I am going to pay the full whack to push my food around my plate, ah well never mind!! What a burning martyr I can be that night!!Well off to sniff some more food before I go to bed! Nice bit of cheese I think!!
