day 69

well somebody save me from moody teenagers!! Have had a bucket full tonight, but didn't resort to eating toast and marmite or drinking a bottle of wine, so I must have learnt something!Have spent the evening helping to make choc truffles for her best friends b/day tomorrow, strange how food is in everything we do isn't it!!Soooo we have a fridge full of truffles talking to me in dulcit tones which I will ignore until they disappear off on the school bus tomorrow morning!!Been at a conference in Truro today and blow me they had curry and rice/nan or lasagne and garlic bread for lunch, not the expected buffet! So I went for a walk for 40 mins which was quite nice. I also had a 2L bottle of water with me which was all I drank all day so happy with that, coffee is always foul at these things anyway!Felt like a long drive back as it was really dark and wet and I was paged half way back so had to sit in a layby on my mobile and it was actually sleeting on my windscreen, winter is really here!Strange sort of day, feeling a bit out of sorts with it all..and weigh in tomorrow and I am not convinced I have lost anything.....we shall see!!Night Blog!
