weigh in tonight and have lost another 5pounds!! Thats 51 pounds altogether and i am soooo pleased!! This diet is brilliant and I cannot praise it enough..my LLC is great and our classes are great fun, and incredibly hard work! An emotional roller coaster but I am learning more about how i tick everyday!!Rest of the day has been really busy but pales into insignificance after class! So onwards towards developers in 3 weeks, there are four of us from the group going on togehter so that will be good as we have got quite close as a group....Night blog, thanks for always being there!!
