day 73

Bit of a strange day again today and have been picking at chicken again!!Really good all day, went shopping to Plymouth which is quite hard as C is still on crutches and it was really busy so she was all stressed out! People can be so rude, we waited ages for an elevator in the car park cos she can't do the steps and all these charming older ladies just pushed in front of her!! and I am sure they complain about the younger generation!! :D Met up with Ian and Z and we had spudulike lunch, and I had my fizzy water and st clements..Z reckons I will get arrested one of these days as I carry it around in a little box and tip it into my water, very suspect!!Stopped at waitrose and we did the shopping for the week, lovely bread in waitrose!! Dammit!!Also bought some cooked chicken for lunches next week, all in my plan of not being tied to the kitchen, but have eaten most of it...just pick, pick pick! Really cross with myself cos I have done this a few times now..only protein and only small amounts, but I don't know why I am being so stupid... ~:( I am not particularly hungry, or deprived but it is just because it is there..!Well it isn't a major disaster, and it has been a horrid week, so I will chalk it down to experience and get back on the road tomorrow! May consider Reds plan of having the odd night off so that it is planned and therefore doesn't feel quite so 'bad' which of course is what I am trying to avoid! Doh, the games we play with ourselves!!I have also got a really tender tummy which is making me feel not brilliant, keeping on drinking the water and have a docs appt a week on Monday but hopefully it will have gone by then and is just a tummy bug..Got to work tomorrow so better have some sleep!
