well went for an ultrasound today cos I have had a pain in my side and it turns out that I have gallstones and a cyst!!MM, great fun!! Soooo I have been googling gallstones !amazed and looking at the link between them and VLCD's. There is a link but also a likelihood that they stay silent and go on their own soooo am sticking with LL for the rest of my 100 days and have an appt to chat with my GP next week to get his OK to go onto management..its a bit of a double edged sword, have lost weight therefore less chance of cancer, diabetes, stroke etc but higher risk of other things!!Other than that work is busy and the house is back to being our own again!! Just the way I like it!!
